All of our canvases use the popular Zweigart Orange Line White MonoDeluxe canvas. The majority of our canvases are 8" x 8" with designs around 4" or smaller. 

At this time, we only provide needlepoint canvases. Needles and threads (and any other needlepoint accessories) will need to be elsewhere.

We print each canvas as opposed to hand painting the designs on our canvases. Rest assured, we format and print our designs in a process that matches the design colors as close to the stitch intersections as possible.

Hand painted canvases are individually hand-painted by skilled artists. Each canvas is a unique piece of art. Hand-painted canvases are usually more costly due to the time and skill involved in creating them.

Since we aim to offer affordable needlepoint canvases, we print all of our designs onto the canvases. Our formatting and process aligns the colors to the intersections as closely as possible and takes very little time at all to print - giving us the ability to sell them at an affordable price!

An order confirmation is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch with us just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us straight away after ordering, we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed. If not, we’ll despatch your order and then you can return it to us if you wish upon receiving it.

We typically print and ship each order we receive within 1-2 business days. Orders that require shipping within the U.S. should receive their orders within in a week, but often times it is only 3-4 days after the order is placed. Shipping to countries outside of the U.S. may take up to 14 days. Please get in touch if your order hasn’t been delivered according to the expected timescales, and we will check your order status.

We ship to most regions worldwide!

Shipping costs depend on the item(s) you’ve ordered and the area where it’s being delivered. Most orders are $5 or under for shipping. If your order value is more than $75, we provide free shipping within the U.S.

Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to despatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.

You can absolutely return your item to us, within 14 days after receiving it, as long as it’s undamaged, unused and contained in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached. Unfortunately, we don’t offer exchanges. If you’re unsure about clothing sizes, we recommend ordering the two closest matches and returning the one that doesn’t fit.

Please contact our customer service team via Contact Us page. Providing the return is within the 14-day cancellation period and meets our return criteria, we will issue you with a return note by email. You need to print this off and attach it to the packaging of the product when returning it to us. You will need to arrange and pay for suitable packaging when returning an item.

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact our customer service team via our Contact Us page. We’ll respond within 48 hours. If you just don’t like the product for any reason, we’ll gladly accept it back as a return, providing it’s in “as new” condition, with its original packaging.

We run sales and offer promo codes on occassion, but for the most part keep our all of our pricing at $29.99. We do this to support local needlepoint shops in our wholesale program.
